Does Sprift AI make up answers?

No. Every answer is generated from real, verified data in Sprift's property database. If data is not available, the tool says so. There is no hallucination or general-knowledge guessing.

How current is the data?

Every response includes a data-as-at date. Property data is updated daily. Market performance data including days to SSTC and market share is refreshed daily.

Can I use Sprift AI outputs for compliance purposes?

Every Sprift AI response includes a provenance block: data source, methodology and data date. This makes outputs suitable for use in RICS valuations, Material Information requirements and regulated lending decisions.
