How Sprift AI works

Sprift AI connects directly to Sprift's property data layer. When you ask a question, the AI
identifies the relevant data, queries it in real time and returns a structured answer.

Every response includes:

  • The specific data used to generate the answer

  • The source, Land Registry, EPC register, market feeds, and so on

  • A data-as-at date so you know how current the information is

Sprift AI does not generate answers from general knowledge or make assumptions. If the data is not available, it tells you.

Built on Snowflake Cortex

Sprift AI runs on Snowflake Cortex, the same infrastructure used by banks, insurers and regulated financial services firms worldwide. This is not a prototype or a bolt-on. It is the same data platform Sprift uses across all of its services, built for accuracy, auditability and compliance.

Does Sprift AI make up answers?

No. Every answer is generated from real, verified data in Sprift's property database, and if the data is not available, it says so rather than guessing. Every response shows its source and data date, so you can check any answer yourself.

How current is the data?

Every response includes a data-as-at date. Property data is updated daily. Market performance data including days to SSTC and market share is refreshed frequently.

Which roles can use Sprift AI?

Sprift AI is pre-configured for Valuer, Negotiator, Canvasser, Branch manager, Director / MD and Surveyor roles. All roles can also ask open questions using natural language. More roles are coming soon.
