Sprift shows the EPC data from the government source. Where possible the EPC will link to the dashboard automatically.
Should the incorrect EPC be showing you can unlink the assigned EPC which will then result in a list populating. From here you can select the correct EPC. 
Once unlinked, the list will appear with available EPC's in that street so you can select the correct EPC from the list:
