Hi Ellie
Thanks for your time just now.
As discussed, we are minded to agree to the installation of an EV charger at the tenant's expense, but we would like more details of the proposal before confirming this.
We agree that it would not be appropriate to forego the rent increase in lieu of the installation expense that the tenant will incur as a result of his company's car policy.
Please let us know once the tenant has a detailed proposal to share.Â
Kind regards
We have been made aware this property does contain restrictive covenants - please refer to the land registry title highlighted in the property overview for more information.Â

Concentration of Radon (%)
Radon is a natural radioactive gas, which enters buildings from the ground. Exposure to high concentrations increases the risk of lung cancer.
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) recommends that radon levels should be reduced in homes where the annual average is at or above 200 becquerels per cubic metre (200 Bq/m ). This level is termed the Action Level.
The UK Health Security Agency defines radon Affected Areas as those with 1% chance or more of a house having a radon concentration at or above the Action Level of 200 Bq -3 m.
