What are your neighbours like?  Immediate neighbours – number 53 are a couple with no kids & 2 cats, number 55 are a family with 4 kids. Everyone is very polite and friendly, the rest of the neighbourhood is a real mix but mostly families and couples

Which direction does your garden face? South facing, the garden is a real heat trap and lovely in the summer

Which boundaries are you responsible for?  As you look out of the kitchen doors we own the right hand fence and the fence at the bottom of the garden. Garage is the second one in from the right

Do you have a water meter or water softener? Yes I think we have a water meter, no to water softener

What council tax band? D

What is loft situation?  Part boarded, hatch & ladder for access

Do you have broadband installed? Yes, Sky

Is there anything you want mentioned that will be included/excluded? I would assume that nothing will be included, appliances etc will depend on if our sellers leave theirs

Miscellaneous Information: less than 15 mins walk from Earley station, just over the road from Southlake and Highwood Nature Reserve. Can also be in Woodley precinct (shops & restaurants) and Dinton Pastures in a 10 min walk
