Have rented through Evolution for a few years, but never had cause to contact them other than when first completing paperwork etc. That was until the boiler went wrong! No heating, no hot water! I contacted the guys at Evolution and they told me what to do. Plumber came out THE NEXT DAY and provided a temporary fix while parts were ordered. Within 7 days the plumber reattended, fitted the new part and all is well. Couldn't fault the service.
