About Bond Oxborough Phillips
Bond Oxborough Phillips is an independent estate agency with offices in locations throughout North Devon and North Cornwall. We've been successfully selling and letting property in the region for more than 25 years.

We know the local property market inside-out. We use our quarter-of-a century of experience to get the best financial return for you when you're selling or letting a property.

Our staff are very knowledgable, and generous with that knowledge. So whether you're selling, buying, letting or renting, you're always welcome to pick our brains to get valuable insight into the local market.

When did you join Bond Oxborough Phillips? Feb 2020

The thing I enjoy most about my job is: Seeing lots of different properties and meeting lots of different people. No day is ever the same.

When I'm not in the office, you can usually find me

Watching sport or enjoying the countryside with the dog. One thing you may not know about me is I use to play rugby for Exeter Chiefs Academy. Three things I would struggle to live without are

Roast dinners, dog walks and sports. If I could jump on a plane and go anywhere tomorrow, it would be The Pacific Islands

Favourite foods - Roast dinner / Chinese

The three words I'd use to describe myself are

Determined, Focused, Ambitious

Testimonial 3
We were seeking to buy several properties in Bideford/Barnstaple we visited almost all the Estate agents and Bond Oxborough Phillips were the only agents who bothered to get back to us. They have since proved to be so helpful in both sales and lettings. Their staff have been very helpful and polite and cannot recommend them enough.
Bond Oxborough Phillips are committed to comprehensive property data being made available up-front to make the home buying and selling process quicker, easier & cheaper. This is why we have partnered with Sprift - the UK’s leading supplier of property-specific data.

Council Tax pays for multiple services in the property's local authority with only part of it going to the council itself. Residences within a Parish or Town Council area have an additional charge to fund the body. Each parish/town council has a different budget and imposes different fees. Not all councils have parishes/town councils and this varies across the country.

In instances where parish/town councils do affect the council tax value and we do not have the exact figure, we present council tax data with the below highlights. Take care to confirm which is being presented by the dashboard as this will need to be made clear to your clients:

avg - When we indicate the Council Tax price is 'avg', it means we have not been able to obtain an exact figure, so this number represents the mean value of Council Tax across the council for that property band. The exact figure will be slightly higher or lower because each parish/town council is priced differently.

min - When we indicate the Council Tax is a 'min', it represents the known amount that the council sets for itself, but excludes the parish/town council cost which we have not been able to obtain. The additional cost will need to be considered as it will be greater than the indicated price.
