A stunningly beautiful first-floor flat that has been fully renovated to the highest of standards.

Located in the heart of Heysham Village, you are just a short walk to the beach, pubs, and local amenities including a health centre, hairdressers, post office, the Heysham Bypass for those who travel, and much more! This home will suit many and is available with no chain!

Enter through the private door and come upstairs. You will notice just how light and bright the hallway is and in fact the whole apartment, thanks to the large windows throughout each of the rooms. The first room we enter is the office/dressing room. The boiler is located in the cupboard here.

The next room is the beautiful lounge. A bespoke entertainment unit has been hand-made on the feature wall with an electric fire sitting below featuring a multicolor light changing display... A great addition for movie nights and having friends round for cocktails. The opposite wall in the lounge has been papered with a lovely subtle, neutral design. A beautiful, tiered light fitting in the corner of the room displays a very stylish look, feel and finish complimented beautifully with the grey flooring. This room will most definitely catch your eye!

The chic style follows through from the lounge to the kitchen featuring an integrated fridge freezer and washing machine. The units are grey with wooden flooring. The spotlights above really set the mood.

Both the double bedrooms are located at the rear of the property and give you the best views of our wonderful Morecambe Bay's sunrises and sunsets. I love how the owners have upcycled the current built-in wardrobes here and given them a new lease of life. This is great, as you have ample room for other items of bedroom furniture you may require.

The bathroom is the last room I would like to show you. Again, a rather luxurious feel with the units and fittings. A walk-in shower and basin finish this beautiful room and home off nicely. We are just awaiting soft grey carpets to be fitted throughout the hallway and bedrooms. Who else loves the Lemur wallpaper in the bathroom? I LOVE it.....

I am sure you will fall in love with this home, as I did when I stepped foot through the door.

THE OUTSIDE SPACE:

The left-hand side garage belongs to the flat and the garden area stretches from the side of the garage to the rear which is very private. A great little area to sunbathe, read a book, or how about a hot tub? There is also off-street parking on the driveway.

Flood Risk
Surface Water
Very Low
Unlike flooding from rivers, surface water flooding can happen many miles from a river, often in places that people wouldn’t expect because it’s a long way from a river or stream – it happens simply because there is nowhere else for the rainwater to go. Risk ratings are measured as:
High Risk - an area which has a chance of flooding of greater than 1 in 30 (3.3%) in any one year.
Medium Risk - an area which has a chance of flooding of greater than 1 in 100 (1.0%) in any one year.
Low Risk - an area which has a chance of flooding of greater than 1 in 1000 (0.1%) in any one year.
Very Low Risk - an area in which the risk is below 1 in 1000 (0.1%) in any one year

Council Tax pays for multiple services in the property's local authority with only part of it going to the council itself. Residences within a Parish or Town Council area have an additional charge to fund the body. Each parish/town council has a different budget and imposes different fees. Not all councils have parishes/town councils and this varies across the country.

In instances where parish/town councils do affect the council tax value and we do not have the exact figure, we present council tax data with the below highlights. Take care to confirm which is being presented by the dashboard as this will need to be made clear to your clients:

avg - When we indicate the Council Tax price is 'avg', it means we have not been able to obtain an exact figure, so this number represents the mean value of Council Tax across the council for that property band. The exact figure will be slightly higher or lower because each parish/town council is priced differently.

min - When we indicate the Council Tax is a 'min', it represents the known amount that the council sets for itself, but excludes the parish/town council cost which we have not been able to obtain. The additional cost will need to be considered as it will be greater than the indicated price.
