Coulston Road is situated in Bowerham, which is one of the more popular areas of South Lancaster.  It's an enviable location thanks to its great access to the city centre and its own local amenities.  The University of Cumbria & the Hospital is on your doorstep with great public transport links to Lancaster University as well.  You also have Williamson Park close by which offers wonderful walks through its woodland and is a great place to relax as well as Lancaster Leisure Park with its Antique Fair, Lancaster Brewery and excellent local butchers.  The area is highly sought after for families due to its proximity to some of the best schools in the area such as The Grammar & Ripley St Thomas.

There is a good loft space accessible via a fitted ladder from the landing, great for storage or even extending if needed.  The loft also enjoys a large Velux window which allows plentiful light.  The yard to the back has space for a small table and chairs and a clothes line with access to the alley for the bins as well.
