I began my career in Estate Agency in 2010 working for a Corporate Estate Agent covering London, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. I started off as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, before being
promoted to Senior Negotiator, Assistant Lettings Manager and then Manager of my own team in the Woking office.

I was then offered a position to work in Slough with a prime focus for improving brand awareness, and creating a bigger market share. I am proud to say that within the first two years we were in a position to boast a 100% uplift. Due to managing a small team, I was required to do everything from viewings, valuations, conference calls, administration tasks, and even making the tea/coffee.
