Who We Are
Andrew McLean Estate Agents are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Andrew has been practising in South Tyneside since 1978. Andrew has a BSc Hons (Estate Management) degree from Reading University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978. He undertakes all survey work carried out by the firm and does the majority of the free valuations for selling purposes. After all your home matters to us as much as it does you and we want to ensure the highest professional standards are available.

Our office manager, Christine Southern, has worked for Andrew since 1988 and has a wide knowledge of all aspects of the residential property market. This experience covers property management of residential and commercial property and a detailed understanding of residential surveys.

Sophie McLean-Moorhouse, Andrew's daughter, has been working in various aspects of the business for 16 years to include; undertaking valuations, property management, negotiating sales & lettings, preparing Land Registry compliant lease plans and much more.
