How do I generate and share a property report?
Creating and sharing a property report in Sprift takes just a few clicks.
Step 1: Search for the property
Log in to Sprift and search for the property by address or postcode. Open the property dashboard to view all available data for that property.
Step 2: Choose your report type
From the property dashboard, select the type of report you want to generate:
- Market Appraisal Report: ideal for valuation appointments with vendors
- Key Facts for Buyers: upfront property information to share with prospective buyers
- Key Property Facts: a professional overview for clients at the point of quotation
- Desktop Research Report: comprehensive data suited to surveyors and detailed research
- Material Information Report: designed to support Material Information compliance for estate agents
Step 3: Customise your report
Add any commentary, comparable properties, or additional information relevant to your client. Depending on the report type, you can also include your services overview, client testimonials, and referral partner details. Your company branding including, logo, colours, and user profile, will be applied automatically.
Step 4: Share or download
Once your report is ready, you can:
- Download it as a print-ready PDF to email or print for a client meeting
- Share it as an interactive, trackable link and you'll be able to see when the recipient opens it
- Send it via WhatsApp for Business directly from the platform (on interactive reports)
