How do I update my account branding or details?
Your Sprift account is fully branded to your company — here's how to request updates.
Sprift accounts are set up with your company's branding, which appears across all reports you generate. You can request updates to your branding or account details at any time by contacting our Customer Success team.
What can be updated
- Company logo and brand colours on reports
- Individual user details (name, job title, bio, testimonials, headshot photo)
- Branch name or details
How to request a change
Email customer.success@sprift.com with the details you'd like updated. For logo or brand colour changes, attach the relevant files with your logo as a PNG or SVG where possible, and include your brand hex colour codes if you'd like specific colours applied.
For user profile updates, include the user's full name, their email address, and the updated information you'd like applied.
Our team will action changes as quickly as possible, usually within two working days.
