What is a Prospect Token?

Prospect Tokens are credits used to send outreach campaigns through Sprift's Prospect tool.

When you use Sprift's Prospect tool to identify target properties and run a direct mail or digital outreach campaign, Prospect Tokens are consumed. Tokens are used per contact or per send, depending on your campaign setup.

Token usage will appear as a line item on your invoice for any billing period in which campaigns were sent.

How to purchase more Prospect Tokens

Contact customer.success@sprift.com to top up your Prospect Tokens. Our team can advise on the cost per token and recommend quantities based on your prospecting activity.

Common questions

  1. Do unused tokens roll over? This depends on your agreement. Contact customer.success@sprift.com to confirm the terms for your account.

  2. Why does my invoice show a Prospect Token charge? This means campaigns were sent during the billing period that consumed tokens. If you weren't expecting this charge, contact finance@sprift.com with your invoice details.

  3. Can I pause campaigns to stop tokens being used? Yes. Contact customer.success@sprift.com and our team can pause any scheduled prospecting campaigns.
