What to expect from your Sprift demo and onboarding

Here's what happens from the moment you book a demo to your first day on the platform.

Step 1: Book a demo

Visit sprift.com and click Book a demo. You'll be asked a few questions about your role and business so we can connect you with the right specialist for your industry.

Step 2: Your demo

During the demo, a Sprift specialist will walk you through the features most relevant to your business. They'll answer your questions about data coverage, pricing, integrations, and what's included in your plan. There's no obligation! The demo is your chance to see whether Sprift is a good fit.

Step 3: Getting set up

Once you've signed up, your account will be set up within 48 working hours by our Customer Success team. You'll receive a welcome email with your login details and links to training resources.

Step 4: Onboarding and training

Your Customer Success team will help you get up and running. Training is included in your subscription and covers all the core features. You'll also have access to:

  • Regular live webinars
  • On-demand training videos
  • Academy help guides

There's no self-serve sign-up. Sprift subscriptions are set up by our team to ensure your account is correctly configured, branded, and ready to use.
