How to integrate Alto with Sprift
Sprift integrates with Alto to streamline your workflow. Here's how the integration works and how to get it set up.
Sprift integrates with Alto (by Veripath), allowing you to access Sprift property data directly from within your Alto CRM. This guide covers how the integration works, how to request it, and what to expect during setup.
What the Alto integration does
Once set up, the Sprift-Alto integration allows you to:
- Access Sprift property data and reports from within Alto
- Link property records between the two systems
- Reduce the need to switch between platforms during your workflow

How to request the integration
If you’re an existing Sprift customer using Alto and would like to set up the integration, email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:
- Your company name
- The branch(es) you’d like the integration enabled for
- Your Alto account or company reference (if known)
- A contact person for the setup process
Alternatively, you can submit an integration request through the form on the Sprift platform.

What happens after you request it
- We receive your request and confirm receipt, usually within one working day.
- Technical setup — our team configures the connection between your Sprift and Alto accounts. This may require coordination with Alto’s support team.
- Testing — once the technical setup is complete, we’ll ask you to verify the integration is working correctly in your environment.
- Go live — once confirmed, the integration is active for your branch.
The full setup process typically takes one to two weeks, depending on the complexity of your account and any coordination needed with Alto.
Common questions
Can I integrate Alto for multiple branches? Yes. Let us know which branches you’d like included and we’ll set each one up. Each branch may need its own integration configuration.
I’ve submitted a request but haven’t heard back. If it’s been more than two working days since your request, email customer.success@sprift.com and reference your original request so we can follow up.
The integration isn’t working as expected. If data isn’t appearing correctly or the connection seems broken, contact us with a description of the issue and we’ll investigate. Include the property address and what you expected to see versus what’s actually showing.
