How do I update my company branding and report appearance?

We can update your logo, colours, and branding on Sprift reports and prospecting materials — just send us the details.

Your Sprift property reports and prospecting materials can be customised with your company branding, including your logo, brand colours, and agent headshots. If your branding has changed or you’d like to update how your reports look, our team can make those changes for you.

What to include in your request

Email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with the details of what you’d like changed. Depending on the update, this might include:

Logo changes: - Your new logo file (PNG or SVG format, ideally on a transparent background) - Whether this applies to all branches or a specific branch

Colour changes: - Your brand colour HEX codes (e.g. #1A2B3C) - Primary and secondary colours if applicable

Report appearance: - Any changes to how agent information, bios, or testimonials appear on reports - Updated headshot photos (high-resolution JPEG or PNG)

What happens next

Our team will apply your branding updates, usually within two to three working days. We’ll confirm once the changes are live, and you’ll see the updated branding on any new reports generated from that point.

Existing reports that have already been generated will not be retroactively updated.

Good to know

  • If you’re unsure what format to send your logo in, PNG with a transparent background works best.
  • Branding is typically set per branch. If you have multiple branches with different branding, let us know which branch each update applies to.
  • If you’d like to see a preview before changes go live, mention this in your email and we can arrange that.
