Understanding Sprift's cancellation policy and process
If you need to cancel your Sprift subscription, here's how the process works and what to expect.
We understand that circumstances change and cancellation may sometimes be necessary. Here’s a clear guide to how the process works so you know what to expect at each stage.
How to request a cancellation
To cancel your Sprift subscription, email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:
- Your full name
- Your company name
- The branch(es) you’d like to cancel
- The reason for cancellation (this helps us improve, but is optional)
What happens next
Once we receive your cancellation request:
- We’ll acknowledge your request, usually within one working day.
- Our team may reach out to understand your situation and check whether there’s anything we can do to help. This isn’t a hard sell — we simply want to make sure cancellation is the right decision for you.
- Your notice period begins from the date your request is processed. You’ll continue to have full access to Sprift during the notice period.
- At the end of your notice period, your access will be removed and no further invoices will be generated.
During your notice period
- You retain full access to the Sprift platform, including all features and data
- You can continue to generate reports and use the prospecting platform
- Any scheduled prospecting campaigns will continue to run unless you ask us to pause them
What happens to your data
Once your subscription ends:
- Your account will be deactivated
- Property reports you’ve generated will no longer be accessible through the platform
- We retain your account data in line with our data retention policy and applicable regulations
If you need to download or export any reports before your subscription ends, we recommend doing so during your notice period.
Common questions
Can I cancel just one branch and keep others? Yes. Specify which branch(es) you’d like to cancel and we’ll process those individually.
Can I reverse a cancellation? If you change your mind during your notice period, let us know and we can reinstate your subscription.
Will I receive a refund? Billing for the current period will continue as normal. Refund eligibility depends on the terms of your agreement. Contact finance@sprift.com for specific billing questions.
