How do I manage property photos in the Gallery?
The Gallery lets you manage property photos in Sprift. Here's how to upload, edit, and troubleshoot common issues.
The Gallery feature in Sprift allows you to manage property photos that appear on your reports and listings. You can upload new images, reorder them, and manage how they’re displayed.
Uploading photos
To upload property photos to the Gallery:
- Navigate to the property page in Sprift
- Open the Gallery section
- Upload your images (JPEG or PNG format recommended)

Photos will appear on the property page and can be included in reports once uploaded.
Editing and reordering photos
Once photos are uploaded, you can reorder them to control which image appears first in reports and listings. The first image in the Gallery is typically used as the lead image.

Rightmove synchronisation
If your Sprift account is connected to Rightmove, property photos may be pulled through automatically from your Rightmove listings. This means:
- Photos from your live Rightmove listings will appear in the Sprift Gallery
- If you update photos on Rightmove, the changes should sync through to Sprift
- If photos are not syncing, there may be a delay or a connection issue — contact us and we’ll check
Common issues
Photos not appearing after upload - Check the file format — JPEG and PNG work best - Ensure the file size isn’t too large (keep images under 10MB) - Try refreshing the page after uploading - If the issue persists, try uploading in a different browser
Photos from Rightmove not showing - Rightmove sync can take some time. If photos are missing, wait a few hours and check again. - If they still don’t appear, contact us with the property address and we’ll check the sync status.
Photos appearing in the wrong order Use the reorder function in the Gallery to arrange photos in your preferred sequence. The first photo will be used as the lead image on reports.
