How do I change my payment details?

You can update your payment method or billing details at any time — just email our finance team.

If you need to update the payment method or billing details for your Sprift subscription, our finance team can help.

What to include in your request

Email finance@sprift.com with:

  1. Your company name
  2. The branch(es) the change applies to
  3. What you’d like to update (e.g. new bank details for direct debit, change of payment contact, switch payment method)

Our finance team will process the change and confirm once it’s been applied.

Good to know

  • If you’re changing direct debit details, there may be a short transition period before the new payment method takes effect
