If you need to cancel your Sprift subscription, we’re here to make the process as straightforward as possible.

How to request a cancellation

Email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your company name
  3. The office(s) you’d like to cancel
  4. The reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)

What happens next

Once we receive your request:

  • We’ll acknowledge it, usually within one working day
  • A member of our team may reach out to understand your situation and see if there’s anything we can help with
  • Your notice period will begin from the date the request is processed
  • You’ll continue to have full access to the Sprift platform during your notice period

During your notice period

  • All features remain available, including reports and prospecting
  • Any data or reports you need should be downloaded before the end of the period
  • We retain your data in line with our data retention policy
