Understanding your Sprift invoice and billing

Everything you need to know about your Sprift invoice, billing cycle, and payment methods.

Your Sprift subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on your agreement. Here’s a guide to understanding your invoice and how billing works.

Your billing cycle

Sprift invoices are generated at the start of each billing period. You’ll receive your invoice by email, and payment will be collected according to your agreed payment method.

If you’re paying by direct debit, payment is typically collected a few working days after the invoice is issued. The exact timing depends on your bank’s processing schedule.

What’s on your invoice

Your Sprift invoice includes:

  • Your subscription fee (charged per branch)
  • Any additional services or add-ons
  • Prospect Token purchases (if applicable)
  • VAT at the applicable rate

If you have multiple branches, you may receive a single invoice covering all branches or separate invoices depending on your account setup.

How to get a copy of your invoice

If you need a copy of a previous invoice, email our finance team at finance@sprift.com with your company name and the invoice period you need.

Updating your payment details

If you need to update your payment method or change your billing details, email finance@sprift.com with the required changes. See Change payment details for more information.

Common questions

Why has my invoice amount changed? Your invoice may change if you’ve added or removed branches, purchased Prospect Tokens, or if a price adjustment has been applied. If you’re unsure why your invoice has changed, contact us and we’ll explain the breakdown.

I haven’t received my invoice. Invoices are sent to the email address on your account. Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email finance@sprift.com and we’ll resend it.

I think there’s an error on my invoice. If something doesn’t look right, email finance@sprift.com with details of what you believe is incorrect and we’ll investigate.
