How do I book a 1:1 training session?
If you'd like personalised training for your team, here's how to book a 1:1 session with our Customer Success team.
In addition to our regular group training webinars, we offer 1:1 training sessions tailored to your team’s specific needs. These sessions are delivered live via Zoom and can focus on whichever areas of the Sprift platform are most relevant to you.
What a 1:1 session covers
The content of each 1:1 session is flexible — you choose the topics. Common areas include:
- Getting started with the Sprift platform
- Prospecting platform walkthrough and campaign setup
- Market Appraisal Reports and property data
- Gallery, Comps, and advanced features
- Refresher training for new team members
If you’re not sure what to focus on, our team can suggest an agenda based on your needs.
How to book
Email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:
- Your company name and branch
- The topics or features you’d like to cover
- How many people will be attending
- Your preferred dates and times (we’ll do our best to accommodate)
What to expect
- Sessions are delivered live via Zoom
- Typical duration is 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the topics covered
- You’ll receive a calendar invite with the Zoom link once booked
- You can ask questions throughout the session
Good to know
- 1:1 sessions are included in your Sprift subscription at no extra cost
- If you’d like to record the session for your team’s reference, let us know in advance and we can arrange that
- New team members? A 1:1 onboarding session is a great way to get them up to speed quickly
