How do I reset my password or regain access to my account?

Locked out or forgotten your password? Here's how to get back into your Sprift account.

If you’re having trouble logging in to Sprift, the steps below should help you get back in. We’ve covered the most common issues and how to resolve them.

Resetting your password

  1. Go to the Sprift login page
  2. Click the “Forgotten your password?” link (or similar prompt below the login fields)
  3. Enter the email address associated with your Sprift account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  5. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password

Choose a strong, unique password to keep your account secure.

The reset email hasn’t arrived

If you don’t see the password reset email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails sometimes get filtered
  • Wait a few minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed
  • Make sure you’re checking the right inbox — use the email address that’s registered to your Sprift account. If you’re unsure which email is on your account, contact us
  • Try requesting the reset again — sometimes a second request resolves a delivery issue

If the email still doesn’t arrive after trying the above, contact us and we’ll help you regain access.

Your account may be locked

If you’ve entered your password incorrectly multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked as a security measure. If you believe this has happened:

  • Wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again
  • If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll unlock your account

Your email address has changed

If your email address has changed and you can no longer log in with your old address, you’ll need to contact us to update your account. See How do I update my user profile, contact details, or company information?.

Browser and technical issues

If your password is correct but you still can’t access the platform:

  • Try a different browser — Chrome is recommended
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies — stored data can sometimes interfere with login
  • Disable browser extensions — ad blockers or security extensions can occasionally block login pages
  • Check if the platform is down — see What to do if Sprift is down or not loading

When to contact support

If none of the above resolves the issue, email us at customer.success@sprift.com with:

  1. The email address you’re trying to log in with
  2. A description of what happens when you try (error message, blank screen, etc.)
  3. Whether you’ve tried resetting your password
  4. The browser and device you’re using
