How do I purchase Prospect Tokens?
Prospect Tokens are used to send mailings through the Sprift prospecting platform. Here's how to buy more.
Prospect Tokens are the credits you use to send mailings through the Sprift prospecting platform. Each mailing sent to a property uses one token, so the number of tokens you need depends on the size and frequency of your campaigns.
How to purchase tokens
To purchase additional Prospect Tokens, email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:
- Your company name
- The branch the tokens are for
- The number of tokens you’d like to purchase
Our team will process your order and confirm once the tokens have been added to your account.
How to check your token balance
You can see your current token balance in the prospecting platform.

Token top-ups
Some accounts have a monthly token top-up included in their subscription. If your tokens are topped up automatically each month, you’ll see the balance refresh at the start of your billing cycle. Unused tokens from a previous month may or may not roll over depending on your subscription — contact us if you’re unsure how your plan works.
Good to know
- Tokens are assigned per branch. If you have multiple branches, let us know which branch the tokens should be added to.
- If you’re planning a large campaign, get in touch and we can advise on the right number of tokens for your postcode coverage and mailing frequency.
