How to use the Survey Booker / Surventrix / Acaboom integrations
Sprift integrates with several third-party tools. Here's how to activate and use them.
Sprift integrates with several third-party platforms to extend your workflow. This article covers the Survey Booker, Surventrix, and Acaboom integrations — what they do, how to activate them, and how to troubleshoot common issues.
Survey Booker
Survey Booker is a platform for managing and booking property surveys. The Sprift integration allows you to share property data with Survey Booker to streamline the survey booking process.
Surventrix
Surventrix provides surveying and valuation tools. The Sprift integration connects property data with Surventrix to support your valuation workflows.
Acaboom
Acaboom is a presentation and pitch tool for estate agents. The Sprift integration lets you pull property data into Acaboom presentations for market appraisals and client meetings.
How to activate an integration
To set up any of these integrations, email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:
- Your company name and branch
- Which integration you’d like to activate (Survey Booker, Surventrix, or Acaboom)
- Your account details for the third-party platform (if applicable)
Our team will coordinate the setup and let you know once it’s live.
How the integrations work
Once activated, the integration typically allows:
- Data sharing — Sprift property data is accessible from within the partner platform, or vice versa
- Reduced manual entry — property details are passed between systems automatically
- Consistent data — the same underlying Sprift data appears across your tools
The specific functionality varies by integration partner. Our team can explain exactly what data is shared and how it flows when you set up the integration.
Troubleshooting
Data isn’t appearing in the partner platform - Check that the integration is active on your account — contact us if you’re unsure - There may be a short delay after activation before data starts flowing - Verify that you’re logged in to the correct account on the partner platform
The integration seems to have stopped working - This can happen if credentials expire or if the partner platform makes changes on their end - Contact us with a description of the issue and we’ll investigate
I’d like to disconnect an integration If you no longer need an integration, let us know and we’ll remove it from your account.
