Training sessions and webinars — how to register and what to expect

We run regular live training sessions to help you get the most from Sprift. They're included in your subscription.

Our Customer Success team runs live training sessions regularly, and they’re included in your Sprift subscription at no extra cost. Whether you’re new to Sprift or want to sharpen your skills on a specific feature, there’s a session for you.

A walkthrough of the core Sprift platform, covering property reports, data features, and how to make the most of Sprift in your day-to-day work.

Covers the prospecting platform from start to finish, including setting up campaigns, managing tokens and postcodes, creating templates, and tracking results.

What to expect

  • Sessions are delivered live via Zoom
  • Each session typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes
  • You can ask questions during the session
  • Sessions are recorded, so if you miss one you may be able to access a recording afterwards

1:1 training sessions

If you’d prefer a session tailored to your team’s specific needs, we also offer 1:1 training. To book a 1:1 session, email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:

  1. Your company name and branch
  2. The topics or features you’d like to cover
  3. Your preferred dates and times
  4. How many people will be attending

We’ll arrange a session at a time that works for you.

  • Training sessions run on a regular schedule. Once you register via the links above, you’ll receive confirmation and a calendar invite.
  • New to Sprift? We recommend starting with the Sprift for Estate Agents session to get a solid overview of the platform before moving on to prospecting or specialist topics.
  • If you’ve attended a session but still have questions, you can always email us or book a 1:1 follow-up.
