Sprift powers the new Alto Prospecting tool

We’re proud to announce the launch of Alto Prospecting, powered by Sprift. Find out all you need to know about the new tool below. 

We’re delighted to share that our platform is powering Alto’s new data-led tool, Alto Prospecting, which helps estate and letting agents identify which properties and landlords are most likely to come to market before the properties are publicly listed. 

Built directly into Alto’s all-in-one CRM, Alto Prospecting gives agents instant access to real-time property intelligence, verified landlord records, and whole-of-market insights across England and Wales, alongside automated outreach tools, all from a single platform.

Unlike manual prospecting methods such as leaflet drops or cold calling, Alto Prospecting is designed to save time, improve targeting, and reduce wasted marketing spend. It enables agents to focus their efforts on the owners and landlords most likely to act, using GDPR-compliant data.

The tool supports both sales and lettings teams, including dedicated landlord prospecting across England and Wales, helping agents uncover new instructions faster and build stronger pipelines with less effort.
