How does Sprift approach GDPR and data privacy?

Sprift is committed to responsible data handling and sources all property data from official and verified sources.

How property data is sourced

Sprift aggregates property data from official and trusted public and private sources, including HM Land Registry, Ordnance Survey, Royal Mail, and others. All data is presented exactly as received from the original source. Sprift does not manually edit, manipulate, or add to property records. This means that any errors or omissions in the source data will be reflected in what appears in Sprift until the source itself is corrected.

Prospecting and outreach

Sprift's Prospect tool is designed to help property professionals identify and contact homeowners and landlords in a targeted and efficient way. When using Prospect for outreach campaigns, it is the responsibility of the subscribing business to ensure their use of the data complies with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR. Sprift does not provide legal advice on compliance.

Your account data

Sprift retains your account data in line with its data retention policy and applicable regulations. When your subscription ends, your account is deactivated. Property reports you have generated will no longer be accessible through the platform once your access is removed.
