How do I customise reports and what can be changed?
Sprift reports can be customised in several ways. Here's what you can change and how to request it.
Sprift property reports can be customised to reflect your branding and preferences. Some changes can be applied to all reports across your account, while others may be specific to individual report types.
What can be customised
Branding and appearance: - Your company logo - Brand colours and colour scheme - Agent headshots, bios, and testimonials - Branch contact details displayed on reports

Report content: - Which data sections are included or excluded - The order in which sections appear - Custom introductory text or covering notes - Comparables selection (see How does the Sprift Comps tool work?)
Report format: - PDF layout options - Page orientation and sizing
How to request customisation
To discuss what can be changed for your reports, email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:
- Your company name and branch
- The type of report you’d like customised (e.g. Market Appraisal Report, property report)
- A description of what you’d like changed
Our team will let you know what’s possible and arrange the changes.
What requires a support request
Some report elements can only be changed by our team. These include:
- Adding or removing data sections
- Changing the report layout or structure
- Applying custom formatting beyond standard branding
If you’re unsure whether a change is possible, just ask — we’re happy to advise.
Good to know
- Branding changes apply to all new reports generated after the update. Existing reports are not retroactively changed.
- If you have multiple branches with different branding, each branch can have its own report customisation.
- Custom report requests are typically completed within two to three working days.
