How do I update my user profile, contact details, or company information?
If your details have changed, we can update your profile, contact information, or company details on Sprift for you.
If your personal details, contact information, or company information has changed, our team can update your Sprift account to reflect the changes. This includes updates to your user profile, your branch details, and your company information.
What can be updated
User profile changes: - Name - Email address - Phone number - Job title - Bio (as shown on property reports) - Headshot photo - Testimonials
Company and branch changes: - Company name - Branch name - Branch address - Branch phone number - Branch email address
What to include in your request
Email our Customer Success team at customer.success@sprift.com with:
- Your name and the branch you’re associated with
- Exactly what needs to change (current value and new value)
- If you’re updating a headshot, attach a high-resolution photo (JPEG or PNG)
If the same change applies to multiple users or branches, you can include everything in a single email.
What happens next
Our team will apply the updates, usually within one to two working days. You’ll receive confirmation once the changes are live.
Updated details will appear on any new property reports generated from that point. Existing reports that have already been generated will not be retroactively updated.
Good to know
- If you’re changing your email address, this will also change your Sprift login. You’ll use the new email address to sign in from that point.
- If your company has rebranded or changed its name, you may also need to update your branding. See How do I update my company branding and report appearance?.
