Subscribe to receive email notifications when we update Sprift’s sub-processor register.1. Purpose
This register sets out the approved sub-processors engaged by Sprift Technologies Limited in connection with the processing of personal data under its Service Terms and Conditions. It is published in accordance with Schedule 3 of those Conditions and is updated by Sprift from time to time as sub-processors are added, removed or changed.
Customers who have entered into a contract with Sprift should check this register periodically. By entering into a contract with Sprift, Customers grant general written authorisation for Sprift to add to or replace sub-processors in accordance with clause 8.8(f) of the Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all processing takes place within the UK or EEA.
Special categories of personal data: Sprift does not deliberately collect or process special categories of personal data (as defined in Article 9 UK GDPR) in the course of providing the Sprift Services. Where such data is incidentally included in content submitted by Customer Users, Sprift processes it solely as a data processor acting on the Customer's instructions.

3. Updates to this register
Sprift updates this register as sub-processors are added, removed or changed. Rather than direct notification, Customers can subscribe to receive updates to this page by registering their email address using the subscription form on this page. Customers who have not subscribed should check this page periodically for changes.
The addition of Anthropic, OpenAI, 8x8 Inc. (Global 4) and Snowflake as sub-processors will take effect from 29 October 2026. Customers who wish to object to these additions should exercise their rights under clause 21 of the Conditions before that date.
Customers who object to a new or replacement sub-processor may exercise their termination rights in accordance with clause 21 of the Conditions.
