Sub-Processor Register
1. Purpose
This register sets out the approved sub-processors engaged by Sprift Technologies Limited in connection with the processing of personal data under its Service Terms and Conditions. It is published in accordance with Schedule 3 of those Conditions and is updated by Sprift from time to time as sub-processors are added, removed or changed.
Customers who have entered into a contract with Sprift should check this register periodically. By entering into a contract with Sprift, Customers grant general written authorisation for Sprift to add to or replace sub-processors in accordance with clause 8.8(f) of the Conditions.

4. Updates to this register
Sprift will provide no less than 30 days' advance notice to Customers of any material change to its sub-processors by updating this register and notifying Customers via email, except where a change is required urgently for security or legal compliance reasons.
Customers who object to a new or replacement sub-processor may exercise their termination rights in accordance with clause 21 of the Conditions.
