Sprift v 3.0 launches

In response to agent demand, Sprift v3.0 has launched. The updated platform includes – for the first time – whole-of-market comparables data across all portals, which agents can pull at the click of a button.

Sprift is the authority on UK property data, holding up to 250 data points per property from official and trusted sources. As the most comprehensive source of information across multiple touch points, from title plans to EPCs, schools’ information to planning history.

Using the new comparables tool, agents can download like-for-like properties across the whole of the market, and filter accordingly – shortlisting the most relevant ones for their client reports. The industry’s most comprehensive report is both easy to access and share.
